Field work on digital upgrade projects at the Turkey Point, Calvert Cliffs and Oconee nuclear facilities

Executive responsibility for Areva’s digital I&C business in North America

Research and development of digital systems engineering methods, hazard and reliability analysis methods, configuration management methods, and digital system operating experience

New nuclear power plant design certification activities

Development of training materials and training nuclear power plant engineers on various digital I&C topics
Authored various papers and publications on digital I&C topics for EPRI, IEEE, ISA and ANS; a chapter in the Instrument Engineer’s Handbook; and several articles in Control magazine.​
Graduated from Georgia Tech in 1983 with a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering. Maintaining a professional engineer license in North Carolina (# 045357).​
